Job Description:

In this role, you will be working on construction sites assisting the crew with various tasks. This may include mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt, assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, leveling earth to fine grade specifications, paving and raking asphalt, cleaning and piling salvaged materials, performing routine maintenance work, removing rubble, and tending machines or equipment used in construction.

Work Environment:

You will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. This role is physically demanding and requires attention to detail. Work conditions may include working at heights, in confined spaces, and in cold or hot temperatures.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
  • Excellent attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in construction or a related field
  • Knowledge of construction safety protocols
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
