Job Title: Steel Stud Framer

We are seeking a skilled Steel Stud Framer to join our team at Angel Drywall Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Steel Stud Framer will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials. This role requires working at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, and installing exterior and interior steel studs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages.
  • Install exterior and interior steel studs.
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists.
  • Install metal stud framing and furring for interior drywall or plaster walls and ceilings, using hand and power tools.
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
