Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Services Director to join our team at YouthLink. This permanent, full-time position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of outpatient mental health services for children and youth (ages 0–24) and their families.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer comprehensive health and dental coverage for you and your family, with 100% of the premiums fully covered. You will also receive paid agency days and eligibility to participate in the pension plan after 2 years of continuous service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and guide the work of a team of Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists.
  • Manage all clinical outpatient core services at YouthLink, including What's Up Walk-In, Brief Therapy, Short Term Treatment for Families, Ongoing Therapy, Family Therapy and Group Therapy.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations and the Data & Research Analyst to evolve and streamline all Core Services within the changing landscape of Children's Mental Health Services.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in a psychotherapy-related field.
  • Licensed to practice and registered with a regulated health college which permits the delivery of the controlled Act of Psychotherapy.
  • Pursuing, or have, the Clinical Supervisory Designation specific to providing the controlled act of psychotherapy for individual and family therapy supervision.
  • Advanced understanding of concepts related to power and privilege, social location, equity, and intersectionality.
