Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Merchandise Management: Determine the types and quantities of merchandise to be sold, and ensure that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
