About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Crew Members and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

  • Previous experience in food service or retail management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
