Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Floor Covering Specialist to work with us on various projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with floor coverings, including installing, measuring, and marking surfaces.

Responsibilities
  • Measure and mark surfaces to be covered accurately
  • Install resilient floor coverings, including underlay and underpadding
  • Prepare and install hardwood floors
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks
Work Environment

You will be working in a variety of settings, including commercial, residential, and various locations.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $40-$60 per hour, depending on experience. With 33-40 hours worked per week, your annual salary would be approximately $67,200-$95,000.
