Nurse Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Administer medications in various settings, including patient homes, specialty clinics, and physician partnership clinics.
- Assess and monitor pre- and post-injection/infusion treatments according to program protocols.
- Complete necessary documentation in accordance with policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Provide patient and caregiver education based on product monographs and program protocols.
- Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and policies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in team web-based meetings and training sessions to maintain and enhance professional practice standards.
- Adhere to professional nursing standards and industry regulations.
- Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse required.
- 1 year experience in IV initiation.
- Current registration with a licensing body and CPR certification.
- Experience in critical care, emergency, acute care, inpatient, outpatient, or homecare settings.
- ACLS, PALs, MS, and CVAA certification, and central venous lines/port experience are considered assets.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Word.
