Job Title: Field & Infusion Nurse (RN)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications in various settings, including patient homes, specialty clinics, and physician partnership clinics.
  • Assess and monitor pre- and post-injection/infusion treatments according to program protocols.
  • Complete necessary documentation in accordance with policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education based on product monographs and program protocols.
  • Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and policies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in team web-based meetings and training sessions to maintain and enhance professional practice standards.
  • Adhere to professional nursing standards and industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse required.
  • 1 year experience in IV initiation.
  • Current registration with a licensing body and CPR certification.
  • Experience in critical care, emergency, acute care, inpatient, outpatient, or homecare settings.
  • ACLS, PALs, MS, and CVAA certification, and central venous lines/port experience are considered assets.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Word.
