Culinary Expert

As a key member of our culinary team, the Chef de Partie will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of menu items in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a strong understanding of kitchen operations and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving stock
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve menu production goals and maintain a positive team environment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary education an asset
- Minimum 3 years of progressive culinary experience
- Red Seal certification through ITA or current enrollment in the program an asset
- Food Safety Certification
- Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing and walking for long periods of time. The role requires a high level of physical stamina and the ability to work in a team environment.
