We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Warehouse Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience. They will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of 25-30 employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Implementing and maintaining best practices in inventory management, receipt, distribution, and shipping
- Leading projects to optimize warehouse operations, including expansion, space optimization, and partnerships with logistics providers
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Performing administrative tasks, including ordering, payroll preparation, and employee evaluations
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems. They will be proficient in using technology, including manufacturing systems and Office 365.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, bonus incentives, and a retirement plan.
