Campaign Fundraising Director – Light the Night

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campaign Fundraising Director to join our team at ROME GROUP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading multiple staff teams and building strong relationships with constituents to implement innovative peer-to-peer fundraising products and exceed revenue goals for our mission.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with our Education Services and Health Research departments to effectively communicate our overall mission, programs, resources, and priorities.
- Organize mission-centered, local donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors for national stewardship activities.
- Create and implement an innovative strategic plan annually to ensure the team exceeds all revenue goals.
- Teach, train, and consult fundraising staff in designated market areas.
- Responsible for the hiring, management, development, and training of peer-to-peer fundraising teams.
- Collaborate to grow volunteer and corporate relationships across the market and throughout our organization.
- Responsible for the recruitment and cultivation of high-level volunteer committees.
- Teach, train, and consult volunteer leaders in designated market areas.
- Provide comprehensive volunteer support to ensure positive volunteer interaction.
- Accountable for achieving high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising revenue goals.
- Responsible for retaining and upgrading sponsorship for all products.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7-8 years of relatable experience
- Demonstrated track record of success
- Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams
- Comfort with getting into the details as necessary
