Job Summary
Front Office Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Representative to join our team at Pomeroy Lodging LP. As a Front Office Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check guests into the hotel, check out guests from the hotel, and provide service whenever required
- Provide courteous, professional, and attentive guest service at all times
- Establish a personal rapport with the guest to learn about their needs and expectations
- Actively seek feedback from guests, follow up, and take action to exceed guest expectations
- Provide a personalized touch during all guest interactions to ensure they feel welcome and special
- Work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and holidays
- Communicate effectively with all other departments and demonstrate strong teamwork
- Have in-depth knowledge of the surrounding area to share with guests and create an unrivaled experience
Requirements:
- Experience with POS systems, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hotel front office experience or education completed within the hospitality sector
- Degree or diploma in hospitality is preferred but not required
- Professional presentation and demeanor
- Self-motivated, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure
