Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Partners Inc. This role will play a key part in capturing the essence of our job sites, projects, and people through visual content, and assisting with the creation of engaging social media posts and graphic design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Photography & Videography: Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of job sites, projects, and staff for use in marketing materials, social media, and other platforms.
  • Social Media Content Creation: Create engaging social media posts, stories, and reels for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Graphic Design Assistance: Assist various teams in creating visual content for projects including banners, brochures, email campaigns, and other digital and print marketing materials.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in photography, videography, and photo/video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar software.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and creating compelling posts.
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles and experience creating visuals for marketing purposes.
