About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at H&M Group. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current trends, styles, and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging store environment, including maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, including setting up and maintaining displays, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining store inventory.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
