Information Systems Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Business Analyst to join our team at Easy Email Solutions Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to identify their technical requirements and develop solutions that meet their business needs.
- Document and analyze technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions align with business objectives.
- Conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
- Provide strategic advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Assess and mitigate physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the integrity of our systems.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure business continuity.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure quality and compliance.
- Resolve conflict situations and provide guidance on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in information systems business analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Experience with usability testing and operating automatic testing equipment.
- Permanent full-time position.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language work environment.
