As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our linens and laundry, while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix and Add Detergents and Chemicals: Safely mix and add detergents, dyes, bleaches, starches, and other solutions and chemicals to ensure the highest quality of cleaning.
  • Hand Fold and Bag Linens: Hand fold and bag shirts, sheets, and other articles to ensure they are neatly and efficiently stored.
  • Quality Control: Check finished dry-cleaned or laundered articles to ensure they meet our establishment's high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Match invoices or tags with dry-cleaned or laundered articles to ensure accurate inventory management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
  • Personal Suitability: Team player with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
