Job Summary

CORDEX INC. is seeking a skilled Rope Access Technician to join our team. As a Rope Access Specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine equipment maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and working at heights and in confined spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements and prepare project schedules
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure adherence to safety regulations
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces, including outdoors and on-site customer service
  • Support social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees, including facilitating access to community resources and language training
  • Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English or French
