Director of Sales Performance Optimization

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Operations Director to lead our sales operations function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining key performance metrics and targets, building reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business, identifying areas of weakness, and presenting improvement recommendations to sales leadership.
In addition, the Sales Operations Director will develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and optimization, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives, analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions, and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
