Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
  • Portion and wrap foods to ensure presentation and quality meet our high standards.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a fast-paced environment that requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a team. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
