Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Coiled Tubing Operations Supervisor to join our team at Trican. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of coiled tubing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all coiled tubing operations are conducted in accordance with Trican's safety standards and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to coiled tubing operators and technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Customer Service: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure that coiled tubing operations are conducted in a manner that meets their requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that all coiled tubing operations are conducted in accordance with Trican's quality standards.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that coiled tubing operators and technicians have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Safety Management: Identify and mitigate potential safety risks associated with coiled tubing operations and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit reports to management on coiled tubing operations, including safety incidents and near misses.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum two years of experience in coiled tubing operations required.
- Skills: Valid Class 1 Driver's license required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring heavy lifting and working in all weather conditions.
