Join Our Team as a World Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled World Designer to join our team at Behaviour Interactive, the largest Canadian gaming studio. As a World Designer, you will be responsible for creating immersive and engaging game worlds that bring our AAA project to life.

About the Role:

  • Design and create game worlds that meet the highest standards of quality and immersion.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure that the game world is integrated seamlessly with other aspects of the game.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the game's mechanics and systems to ensure that the world is designed to support them.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure that the game is delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in game development, with a focus on level and world design.
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality game worlds that have been well-received by players.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics and systems, with the ability to design worlds that support them.
