Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit comprehensive production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Technical Guidance and Support
    • Provide expert technical advice and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and implement changes as necessary.
  • Team Management and Development
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Identify training needs and arrange for training or development opportunities to enhance team performance.
    • Recruit and hire new team members, and conduct related staffing actions.
  • Project Coordination and Management
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Oversee apprenticeship training programs and ensure they are aligned with company objectives.
  • Administrative and Operational Tasks
    • Manage company resources, including materials and supplies, to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
    Workplace Information
    • This is a permanent, on-the-road position, requiring regular travel to various work sites.
    • Work hours are 30 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate changing project demands.
