Tattoo Studio Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Tattoo Studio Manager to join our team at 905 INK Tattoos. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 tattoo artists, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional results.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, and control the studio's daily operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and contract negotiations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Marketing: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective advertising and marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the tattoo industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 32-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a physically demanding environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in the studio, and proficiency in English is required.
