Job Title: Flatbed Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Flatbed Truck Driver to join our team at Northwest Carrier Ltd. As a Flatbed Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a flatbed tractor-trailer to transport goods across the country.
  • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
  • Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo.
  • Perform accident or incident reports, bill of lading, driver logbook, inspection report, maintenance and repair reports, and trip reports.
  • Meet all transportation and travel requirements, including a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Use personal protective equipment, including a hard hat and steel-toed safety boots.
  • Will train and work in a permanent position with 40 hours per week.
