By joining our team as a Warehouse Sortation Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse.

As part of our Centralized Processing Center team, you'll work collaboratively to create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and fellow team members. We're hiring for multiple full-time positions, including Merchandise Sorters, Graders, and Pricers.

About the Role:
  • Separate, sort, and process specific merchandise according to company standards
  • Supply merchandise to various departments throughout the day to maintain efficient production
  • Determine what is saleable, recyclable, or requires disposal
