About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at SparkLease Inc. As a key member of our data administration team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our computer databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain database management systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Document reporting needs, queries, logic, results, and recommendations to other information systems professionals
  • Test data models and database management systems to ensure they meet our business requirements
  • Design and develop database systems to support our business operations
  • Operate database management systems to analyze data and provide insights to our team
  • Develop and implement data administration policy, standards, and models to ensure data quality and security
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in data administration or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
