About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Marlow Properties (B.C.) Inc. in a hotel and resort setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests.
  • Dusting and Vacuuming: Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and comfortable atmosphere.
  • Bed Making and Linen Management: Make beds and change sheets to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Stock Management: Stock linen closets to ensure a smooth operation of the hotel.
  • Sanitation and Disinfection: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of hygiene.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service.
  • General Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
