IT Operations Technician

Brex is a leading AI-powered spend platform that helps companies manage their expenses with confidence. As an IT Operations Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to Brex employees across all departments and teams
  • Resolve IT requests and troubleshooting issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage IT inventory and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Support various IT systems, including Slack, G Suite, Jamf, Okta, Jira, Mac, PC, Zoom, and more
  • Collaborate with the IT Support Team to build and maintain mature systems and support IT projects
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in IT operations or technical support
  • Strong Apple support experience
  • Desire to learn new technologies and skills
  • Ability to handle support tickets in line with SLAs
What We Offer

Brex offers a competitive salary range of $64,000 - $80,000 CAD, depending on location, skills, experience, and market demands. We also provide equity and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
