We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at the Invermere and District Hospital. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing assessment, treatment planning, and implementation to residents/patients and/or their caregivers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify residents/patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement and evaluate treatment plans to promote functional independence and optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination.
- Provide education and support to residents/patients and their caregivers to promote self-management and independence.
- Recognition of previous experience when determining starting salary.
