About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roll Off Truck Driver to join our team at Demo For Your Reno Inc. as an Environmental Impact Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a roll off truck to transport waste and recyclables, while ensuring a safe and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Roll Off Truck: Safely transport waste and recyclables to designated facilities, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct Pre- and Post- Trip Inspections: Regularly inspect the truck and its equipment to ensure it is in good working condition, and report any issues to the maintenance team.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient way.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of trips, including the type and quantity of waste transported, and any issues encountered during the journey.
  • Participate in Environmental Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and promote sustainability in our operations.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 45 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
