The Client Experience Initiatives Lead will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and operational excellence at Equitable. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance client experience, improve business outcomes, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Client Experience Strategies: Design and implement initiatives to improve client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of client experience strategies.
- Conduct Client Feedback Analysis: Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
- Lead Design Workshops: Facilitate human-centered design workshops to identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
- Monitor and Enhance Client Experience Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client experience and make data-driven decisions.
