Security Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Patrols: Conduct proactive and reactive security patrols to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
- Incident Response: Respond to incidents in a timely and professional manner, and take necessary actions to resolve the situation.
- Report Writing: Write clear and concise reports of incidents and security activities.
- Investigations: Investigate routine incidents and gather evidence to support findings.
- Enforcement: Enforce policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Security License: Possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- First Aid and CPR: Hold a valid First Aid and CPR Level C Certificate.
- Physical Demands: Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and perform moderate physical activity.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills, and French is considered an asset.
- Reliability: Be able to provide reliable transportation to and from work.
