As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for guiding our internal QA team and collaborating with QA leadership and development pods to drive testing coverage and proactively identify challenges.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for software quality assurance. You'll be expected to mentor and develop your team members, promote a culture of open communication and well-being, and ensure timely resolution of reported issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Dev QA team in delivering high-quality game development processes.
  • Collaborate with QA leadership and development teams to align on testing strategies and optimize resource allocation.
