About the Role

Interior Health Authority is seeking a skilled Knowledge Coordinator – Operations to join our team. As a key member of our HCIS Operations team, you will play a vital role in implementing, delivering, and evaluating education, training, and related knowledge services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Operational Leadership to develop and implement effective knowledge transfer methods and technologies.
  • Work with Program Directors and Practice Leads to promote consistent application and delivery of evidence-based knowledge within assigned HCIS areas.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge services initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements
