About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Advertising Designer to join our team at Keller Williams Capital Realty. As an Advertising Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative visual communications solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop compelling concepts for advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy and messaging.
  • Design and Production: Design and produce high-quality visual materials, including print, digital, and video assets, that meet our brand standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance on visual communications strategies and solutions.
  • Project Management: Coordinate all aspects of production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials that meet our brand standards.
  • Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve our visual communications capabilities.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field, such as graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in advertising design or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite; excellent communication and project management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a minimum of 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
