Cloud Native Solutions Architect, Business Transformation

The Sensa NetReveal suite of solutions is deployed by major banks, insurers, and government organizations to prevent financial crime and ensure regulatory compliance.
As a Cloud Native Solutions Architect, Business Transformation, you will work with senior client and internal stakeholders to understand, influence, and shape requirements and solution approaches.
You will select and tailor the engineering processes used to develop solutions and govern the technical quality of the work as it is executed.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with clients to evolve and shape early solutions through design sessions and POVs.
- Work with Account Management, Sales, and Pre-sales functions to equip them with robust technical and solution authority.
- Understand and leverage existing organizational capabilities working with marketing, product, and proposition experts to incorporate the reuse of solution elements from multiple service lines.
- Participate in cross-industry architectural working groups and relevant professional bodies.
- Manage a team of technical staff, nurturing and guiding them in their roles. Continually provide the team with career guidance and assess and deliver feedback on their performance and development.
- Responsible for all architectural activity throughout the project lifecycle. Set standards for tools, techniques, and delivery quality and ensure they are adhered to.
- Take technical responsibility for all stages in the architectural and engineering process with a particular focus on quality, scope, and risk management and mitigation.
- Identify, evangelize, and drive changes to the organization to help manifest tangible aspects of the business strategy.
We offer an estimated salary range of $170,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
