Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Boat Rocker Rights Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, responding to enquiries from members of the business community, and providing advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the marketing team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Enquiries and Advice: Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities and provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals.
- Market Research: Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers, and conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
- Reporting and Writing: Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, or articles, and advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
- Event Planning: Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions, and design market research questionnaires.
- Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a client-focused approach and provide excellent customer service.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and Initiative: Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Work effectively as a team player and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
