Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain wellhead equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Provide technical support and repair services to customers, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of equipment, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer relations teams to provide support and guidance on equipment sales and rentals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, applying new knowledge and skills to improve service delivery.
  • Travel to other branches and job sites to provide training and support, as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of industry-related experience, preferably in wellhead installation and maintenance.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Class 1, 3, or 5 driver's license, with a current driver's abstract.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of wellhead products and energy industry.
  • H2S, Fall Arrest, First Aid, and CSO Training.
  • Thermal wellhead experience.
  • Folding Boom Truck Crane – 22 tonnes and under ticketed crane, CraneSafe or equivalent certification.
