About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Doctor to join our team at Mountain View Medical Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and document patients' medical information, including their medical history, symptoms, and test results.
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote patients' health and well-being.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests and imaging studies, to inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Prescribe and administer medications, as well as provide patients with education on their use and potential side effects.
  • Provide patients with guidance on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage patients' ongoing care, including scheduling follow-up appointments and referrals to specialists.
Requirements
  • College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
  • Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II)
