We are a leading provider of precision machining services, seeking an experienced Master Precision Machinist to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to manufacture high-precision parts. If you have a strong background in machining and are passionate about delivering quality work, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts using advanced mathematical techniques.
  • Measure and lay out work pieces in preparation for assembly, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to identify specifications and requirements.
  • Repair machine tools and parts, maintaining a high level of equipment reliability.
  • Fitting and assembling components and machine parts to close tolerance, meeting strict quality standards.
  • Maintaining, repairing, and calibrating precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Verifying dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments.
  • Setting up and operating conventional and computer-controlled machine tools, optimizing production efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in precision machining.
  • Strong knowledge of math and science principles, particularly geometry and trigonometry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
