Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to assist with the billing of new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have a strong understanding of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and updating customer profiles in our internal management system
  • Setting up and processing credit cards using our online billing/invoice platform
  • Managing and following up on delinquent invoices
  • Explaining credit card charges to customers and resolving any issues
  • Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with other billing team members and the operations team to resolve any invoicing-related questions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Exceptional attention to detail
