- Monitor production costs, supply costs, and inventory levels to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Audit service and quality on a regular basis to maintain high standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals and drive repeat business.
- Supervise teamwork and service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Address employee issues in a professional manner while adhering to Aramark policies and procedures.
- Support training programs to develop skills and improve morale.
- Assist with annual employee reviews and supervise interim performance issues.
- Ensure accurate adherence to Aramark's time and attendance procedures.
- Adjust staffing levels daily based on business needs.
- Train employees on safety, health, and sanitation procedures according to company standards.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience as a barista and previous supervisory experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This role may require physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
