Job Summary:

The Town of Leaf Rapids is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Administrative Officer to lead the town's administrative affairs. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our community.

About the Role:

  • Under the direction of the Administrator, oversee the general administrative functions of the town and ensure compliance with The Municipal Act.
  • Develop and recommend policies and programs to support the town's objectives and goals.
  • Lead the implementation and monitoring of policies and programs approved by the Administrator.
  • Recruit and develop municipal employees to create a high-performing team.
  • Provide financial planning and management expertise to ensure effective budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and constituencies through open communication and collaboration.

Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and analytical abilities, and a proven track record of success in administrative roles. A comprehensive salary and benefits package is offered to the successful candidate.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
