The Opportunity

Aritzia is experiencing rapid growth, and our Compensation and Benefits Team is expanding to support this momentum. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement benefits programs.
  4. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
