Retail Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Studio 13 Salon and Day Spa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations, with experience in managing staff and overseeing daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Evaluate daily operations and implement changes to improve efficiency and sales.
- Plan and organize daily store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Manage staff and assign duties, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Implement price and credits policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring financial stability.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
Working Conditions:
- Permanent position, 40 hours per week.
- English language required.
