About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at YUE GOURMET RESTAURANT. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Prepare and cut vegetables and fruit for cooking and presentation.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • A criminal record check is required for this position.
  • Experience is an asset, but not required.
