Service Technician Job Description

At WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems, we're committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers across the USA and Canada. As a Service Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' laundry equipment is in top working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and repair washers and dryers at various customer locations, including apartments, laundromats, hotels, and athletic facilities.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical and electrical parts, identifying and replacing worn or defective components as needed.
  • Reassemble appliances, adjust pulleys, and lubricate moving parts to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collect coins from each machine with 100% accuracy and accurately record machine counter readings.
  • Drive a Company vehicle to and from work locations, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • 2-4 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and occasionally move 200 pounds or more with a dolly/hand truck.
  • Prior washer/dryer repair experience is highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Excellent customer service skills and effective English communication skills (oral and written).

We offer a competitive salary range of $26.54 to $32.28 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, education, training, location, and responsibilities.
