Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field from a top-tier university. Master's degree or MBA preferred. CFA designation strongly preferred. 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, leading equity crowdfunding campaigns and managing relationships with accredited investors and venture capitalists.

Key Skills: Strategic vision, exceptional communication skills, project management, analytical thinking, tech proficiency.

Benefits: Base salary: $80,000 - $100,000 CAD per annum. Performance-based bonus. Equity eligible for Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after 6 months. Additional equity for exceptional candidates.
