Restaurant Operations Supervisor
SARDAR JI is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our team at cottrelle Blvd. This dynamic role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our dining establishment, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff
- Establish Work Schedules
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation and Safety Procedures
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation
- Ensure Quality Control Standards
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales and Wastage
- Prepare and Submit Reports
Requirements
- College, CEGEP or Other Non-University Certificate or Diploma from a Program of 1 Year to 2 Years
- 1 Year to Less Than 2 Years of Experience
- Permanent Employment
- 40 Hours per Week
- English as the Primary Language of Work
