About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist Coordinator to join our team at Marjolaine Dion C.O. et RH. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Visitors

You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, greeting them warmly and directing them to the appropriate person or area.

Processing Information and Providing Customer Service

You will be responsible for obtaining and processing information required to provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Administrative Support

You will provide administrative support to our team, including ordering office supplies, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records and logs.

Communication and Data Entry

You will be responsible for answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Computer and Technology Skills

You will be required to have strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.

Security and Safety

You will be required to undergo a criminal record check and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Transportation and Work Environment

You will be required to have a reliable means of transportation and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

You will be required to possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, reliable, and able to multitask and manage your time effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

You will require a certificate or diploma in a related field, such as business administration or office administration.

Experience

You will require at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer service and administration.

Language

You will be required to be fluent in French and have excellent communication skills.
