Job Title: Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team at NG Design Wave Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing technical documents and reports, preparing working drawings, and writing specifications. They will also assist in design development, prepare presentation graphics and drawings, and utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze technical documents and reports to inform design decisions
  • Prepare working drawings and specifications for construction projects
  • Assist in design development and presentation graphics
  • Utilize CAD software, including AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural technology or a related field
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
